Dr. Benita L. Thornhill, PsyD, LPC, E-RYT500 is a licensed counselor, yoga educator, serial entrepreneur, and the author of Sacred Quiet. With over 20 years of experience in trauma recovery, mindfulness, and culturally rooted care, she helps Black women release survival mode and reclaim rest. Through The Clarity Center, LLC, the Clarity Loft, PLLC and Sacred Quiet, she holds space for healing that is gentle, embodied, and unapologetically true.
